RATES AND AVAILABILITY

General booking conditions :

The booking only becomes effective once we have given our agreement (by sending the booking confirmation) and after the deposit has been paid.
Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date will result in cancellation of the stay.
In the event of cancellation at least one month before the start of the stay, 10% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. After this period, deposits are no longer refundable. Fourteen days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the stay will be retained.
For bookings made less than one month before the start of the stay, the full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.
In the event of early departure, no refund will be due.
In the event of a delayed or late arrival, the customer must inform us in order to confirm their stay.
In the event of a no-show, the booking will be cancelled without refund. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the pitch if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
The guest agrees to use their own sheets and pillowcases (disposable sets are available for purchase at reception) and to thoroughly clean the accommodation before departure (a cleaning fee of €70 will be charged in the event of non-compliance).
Pets (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) are allowed in the accommodation (vaccinations up to date) and must be kept on a lead.
