General booking conditions :

The booking only becomes effective with our agreement (sending of the booking confirmation) and after payment of the deposit.
Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date will result in cancellation of the holiday.
In the event of cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the holiday, 10% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained. After this period, deposits are no longer refundable. 14 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount of the holiday will be retained.
For bookings made less than 1 month before the start of the holiday, the full cost of the holiday must be paid at the time of booking.
In the event of early departure, no refund will be due.
In the event of delayed or late arrival, customers must inform us to confirm their stay.
If the customer does not show up, the reservation will be cancelled without refund. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the pitch if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
Guests undertake to use their own sheets and pillowcases (disposable sets are on sale at reception) and to clean the premises thoroughly before leaving (€70 cleaning charge for non-compliance).
Pets (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) are allowed in the accommodation (vaccinations up to date) and must be kept on a lead.
